Baratillo takes its name from the infamous smuggler’s market in Peru — and like all best market finds, this fabric is a rare acquisition. It is woven vertically on handlooms, then cut, patched together, and embroidered where the panels join. Twisted cotton and jute yarns are configured in a ridged, rug-like structure, making for an extremely substantial, luxurious fabric.
Our knife-edge pillowcases are fitted with an invisible zipper and come with a hypo-allergenic, synthetic down insert.
