Vintage Turtle Shell
This antique taxidermy shell’s distinct, rough ridges are characteristic of the alligator snapping turtle. The largest freshwater turtle in North America, its shell has three ridges that form a fanned pattern. In excellent condition, the shell measures more than two feet long and includes an iron mount.
